About IMPACTO

A community that started with three members

In the fall of 2025, three professionals of the Chamber saw something missing: a bridge between the Latino community and the businesses of Newton, Needham, Watertown, Wellesley and Brookline. They brought the idea to the Charles River Regional Chamber, and the Chamber welcomed them with open arms. From that embrace IMPACTO was born: a collaboration where everyone brings their own and everyone grows. That is why IMPACTO is where it is today.

Open to everyone

Chamber members and non-members, any industry. You come as you are.

Together we grow

Every contact, every client, every door that opens is shared with the community and with the Chamber. It's not mine, it's not yours, it's ours.

Hand in hand with the Chamber

IMPACTO walks with the Charles River Regional Chamber and its 1,200+ member businesses.
